The passion flower (Passiflora incarnata) is a beautiful plant that contains harmine and harmaline. The herb is used for relaxation and as a sleep aid. In larger quantities it has a mild hallucinogenic effect.

Soak 2 grams in 150 ml of hot water for half an hour. Drink the tea 3 to 4 times a day. To make a tea with strong sedative and mild hallucinogenic effects, use 15 grams of the herb.

The powder can be mixed with juice, water, yogurt or pudding. One teaspoon is enough.
