General Terms and Conditions (GTC) – Viweedy GmbH
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the online shop viweedy.shop by private customers and businesses.
By completing an order, you agree to these GTC as well as to the Privacy Policy.

The offer is exclusively aimed at persons aged 18 and above.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
The contract is concluded once we accept your order by shipping the goods or by sending an explicit order confirmation via email.
Automatically generated order confirmations serve only as confirmation of receipt of the order and do not constitute acceptance of the contract.
3. Prices
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT unless stated otherwise.
Viweedy reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices valid at the time of the order shall apply.
Promotions and discount conditions will be communicated separately.
4. Delivery & Shipping
4.1 Delivery Area
Delivery is exclusively within Switzerland.
4.2 Shipping
Shipping is carried out via Swiss Post to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Delivery time is generally 2–3 working days, provided the product is in stock.
4.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown separately during the checkout process and are to be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
4.4 Transfer of Risk
Risk and benefits pass to the customer upon handover of the goods to the shipping provider.
5. Payment Terms
The following payment methods are available, subject to availability:
• Prepayment
• Credit and debit cards
• PostFinance / TWINT / other Shopify-supported payment methods
The goods remain the property of Viweedy GmbH until full payment has been received.
6. Voluntary Right of Return
As Viweedy is based in Switzerland, there is no statutory right of withdrawal.
However, Viweedy grants a voluntary right of return within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided the conditions below are met.
6.1 Conditions for Return
A return is only possible if:
• the goods are unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• no hygiene or health reasons oppose the return
• no exclusion applies
6.2 Product-Specific Exclusions
The following product categories are excluded from return or exchange if opened, unsealed, or used:
• CBD and hemp products (e.g. flowers, oils, extracts, concentrates, edibles)
• Vape products (disposable vapes, pod systems, liquids, cartridges)
• Incense & esoteric items (e.g. incense sticks, resins, herbs, blends)
• Products with contact to body or mucous membranes
• Perishable goods after opening
These products are excluded from return for legal, hygienic, and health reasons.
6.3 Further Exclusions
Also excluded from return are:
• Used or damaged items
• Custom or personalized products
• Discounted items (sale goods)
6.4 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the return is due to our fault.
6.5 Refund
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price via the original payment method.
7. Warranty
The customer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and report any defects without delay.
Statutory warranty provisions under Swiss law (Swiss Code of Obligations – OR) apply.
8. Liability
Viweedy is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or lost profits is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Product Use & Legal Notice
The customer undertakes to use all products purchased from Viweedy exclusively in accordance with applicable laws.
In particular:
• CBD and hemp products are not medicinal products and are not intended for medical use.
• Vape products may contain nicotine, which is highly addictive, and are intended only for adults.
• Incense and esoteric items are intended solely for decorative, aromatic, or ritual purposes and are not suitable for consumption.
Viweedy assumes no liability for damages resulting from improper, inappropriate, or illegal use.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
