1. Validity of the GTC and conclusion of contract

These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to sales contracts with private customers and companies that are concluded via the website By visiting and using our website, by placing an order on our website, and/or by confirming by e-mail, post or telephone, you expressly declare that you have read and accept these GTC and the data protection declaration. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the data protection declaration and thus conclude an agreement with Viweedy GmbH, a company registered in Switzerland with its registered office in Basel BS with UID no. CHE-374.490.147 a contract. If you do not wish to accept these General Terms and Conditions and/or the data protection declaration, you must not tick the “Check & Order” box, visit and use the website or order via our website. By entering and completing the order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

The automatically sent e-mail is only for your information about the successful data transmission. It does not constitute a binding contract and does not constitute acceptance of your order. The acceptance (conclusion of contract) only takes place when the goods are sent by Viweedy GmbH


You may be contacted by a third party company via email regarding a specific product or service you have received from us.

2. Prices and Special Offers

Unless otherwise agreed, the prices are in Swiss francs including VAT and any tobacco taxes.

The provider reserves the right to change prices at any time. The prices stated in the order confirmation sent by e-mail, letter or fax are decisive. If these prices are higher than those at the time of the order, the latter apply. In the event of delays in delivery or errands, the daily price on the day of the order applies.

3. Terms of Delivery

Attention: We currently only deliver within Switzerland.

Delivery throughout Switzerland
Shipping is to addresses in Switzerland at the prices specified when the order was placed. We send all orders via the Swiss Post priority service.
These deliveries are made from the warehouse in Basel. Delivery time usually 2-3 working days.

Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs are always at the expense of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price. The shipping fee is generally charged once per order and is shown in the shopping cart.

We can only deliver our products between Monday and Friday (excluding public and public holidays). A person over the age of 18 must be present at the delivery address when the product is delivered. Once you have submitted an order, you cannot change the delivery address.

The expected delivery date of a product depends on whether the product is in stock and on the delivery address you have given us. It also depends on whether we have received your payment. Whilst we endeavor to ensure that the Products are delivered on their estimated delivery date, this date is not a binding date and we cannot guarantee that delivery will actually take place on that date.

You may be required to pay additional delivery charges if:
we are unable to complete a delivery because no person over the age of 18 is present at the delivery address on the day of delivery to receive the product;
You try to change the shipping address after the package has already been shipped to you; and or;
You fail to inform us of special circumstances that are important for the delivery.
While we try very hard, we cannot guarantee anything and we may reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to opt out of having the product delivered to a specific address within a building at the delivery address.
Use and risk are transferred to the customer when the goods are shipped. In the case of carriage paid delivery, the transfer of benefit and risk takes place upon delivery of the goods to the customer. You are responsible for their insurance and security.


4. Right of Withdrawal / Money-Back Guarantee

If you act as a consumer, you can submit your cancellation of contract within 14 days in text form (e.g. letter or e-mail), stating reasons. The period begins on the day after you have received the goods. Sending the cancellation in good time is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline. We reserve the right to decide whether we can apply the revocation. We always try to be fair, but we cannot guarantee this in every case. Please note that for legal reasons we cannot take back or refund products that have already been opened/unsealed. Exceptions can be made provided the packaging is undamaged and unopened and the product is also undamaged. In addition, perishable goods that have been opened are also excluded from return. Any products or devices that have been opened, used and come into contact with the mucous membranes cannot be taken back either.

As soon as we receive the goods back, we will refund the purchase price. In principle, you have to bear the costs of returning the goods if the delivered goods correspond to those originally ordered.


5. Warranty

The buyer must check the delivered goods as soon as possible and report any defects immediately. Hidden defects can still be objected to even after the goods have been put into operation or used. The making of payments does not constitute a waiver of a notice of defects.
If there is a defect, the buyer has the choice of requesting repairs free of charge, making a deduction from the price corresponding to the reduced value, withdrawing from the contract or obtaining a replacement delivery. The right of the buyer to claim damages remains reserved in all cases.

6. Payment

You can select the “payment in advance” option on the order form and transfer the amount in CHF to our account after the order has been confirmed. After receipt of your payment, the ordered goods will be shipped.

Payment by invoice is currently only possible on in exceptional cases. Please contact us via Each invoice is due within 30 days. In the event of default in payment, the customer owes the statutory interest on arrears without further reminders and must also pay for all of Viweedy GmbH's collection costs. After the second reminder, reminder fees of CHF 30 will be charged.

Unless a deposit has been agreed with you for an order of product(s) where you pay the difference in the purchase price of the product(s) ordered at a later date (which will be displayed on the website or given to you over the phone when placing the order notified of the order), for all orders, you must make payment in full for the product(s) ordered. Unless otherwise agreed, we will not ship the ordered product(s) until we have received payment in full. In the case of bank transfers, the costs must be borne in full by the sender.
Payments by debit or credit card and by PostFinance e-Payment: All payment transactions may be subject to validation checks and authorizations, either by your bank or by us (although we may engage third parties to carry out this authorization in accordance with our Privacy Policy ). If your credit card provider does not accept or accept payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or refusal to accept the order. All products ordered remain our property and will not become your property until we have received full payment for the product.


7. Liability for Online Connections

The provider undertakes to ensure state-of-the-art security in systems, programs, etc. that belong to him and over which he has influence, and to follow the rules of data protection.

Customers must ensure the security of the systems, programs and data that are in their sphere of influence. In their own interest, customers should keep passwords and user names secret from third parties.

The provider is not liable for defects and disruptions for which he is not responsible, especially not for security deficiencies and operational failures of third-party companies with whom he works or on which he is dependent.

Furthermore, the provider is not liable for force majeure, improper action and disregard for the risks on the part of the customer or third parties, excessive use, unsuitable equipment of the customer or third parties, extreme environmental influences, interventions by the customer or disturbances by third parties (viruses, worms, etc.) that happen despite the necessary current safety precautions.


8. Your Account and Password

You are responsible for the security and integrity of your account password and other login information. You accept full responsibility for all activity on your account. If you have reason to believe that someone else knows your password and/or that your account has been, or is likely to be, used without your authorization, you should contact us immediately. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of your failure to protect your password and/or account credentials.

9. Intended Use of Goods - Customer Obligations - Liability

Insofar as we have to make a delivery promise for certain products dependent on the intended use, the customer is liable for any disadvantages that we may incur as a result of incorrect information. In the case of substances that may only be used within the framework of legal or official regulations, the customer's order is also a declaration that these substances are to be used for a permitted purpose in the above sense.

10. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies to all customers with regard to these terms and conditions, namely the regulations of the OR, at the headquarters of Viweedy GmbH. The place of jurisdiction is at the registered office of the company.
