Does Viweedy offer free returns?
If a product arrives damaged or does not match your order, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
In all other cases, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of receipt. In these cases, the customer bears the return shipping costs.
What is your return policy?
In short:
Voluntary right of return:
You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
The following are excluded from returns:
- Opened or unsealed products
- Products excluded for hygiene or health reasons
- Items that have come into contact with mucous membranes
- Used or damaged products
- Discounted items (sale goods)
These products cannot be resold for legal and hygienic reasons.
How do I return a product?
Please contact us by email in advance and include your order number and the reason for the return.
We will then provide you with all further information on the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund of the purchase price.
Processing time:
- Depends on the payment method
- Usually within a few working days after receipt of the returned goods
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
Please contact us as soon as possible by email so we can check whether cancellation is still possible.
Note on sensitive products
Please note that many of our products are excluded from return for legal and hygienic reasons once they have been opened or used.
