Marshmallow: real marshmallow to support health

The German name for this particular herb is Echter Eibisch. It has been used to promote health since the Middle Ages. Since we are not doctors, we cannot say what the herb is for or not for. All parts of the plant are used, so the use of real marshmallow is truly sustainable.

What is marshmallow?

Marshmallow (marshmallow) grows to a height of one and a half meters and has a velvety fur. It gets light pink flowers and is quite widespread in the Netherlands and Belgium.

You can make marshmallow tea by placing two to five teaspoons in a cup and pouring water that has just been removed from the stove. Let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes and sieve out the plant material.

Real marshmallow is also suitable for filling the vaporizer (this spice; not the candy;)). Set your vaporizer to a temperature between 150 and 200ºC.
