Cannabis-Prohibition fordert Todesopfer in Delmenhorst – Hanfjournal

Cannabis prohibition claims fatalities in Delmenhorst - Hanfjournal

{The drug policy spokesman (as "they" call themselves) from the left has once again published a pamphlet. These "legalization supporters" of the parties always do that, shortly before elections they "repeatedly work really hard" for @UNS".

This has been the case in every election period since the ban on hemp - except for the "profits before human rights" (extremely expensive hemp medicines from the industry - while people continue to be hunted down and killed) - it has brought pharmacies and Co. the bargaining chip of the century can do (i.e. the “pharmaceutical system”) – as usual with hemp and masks with the CDU and its prohibition?!

I only trust these legalization policy people when they SUIT WITH YOUR PARTY FOR US IN THE HIGHEST COURTS! Not previously!

EVERYTHING ELSE IS WASTE - and if you only reduce the hemp to the so-called "smoking pot", then that shows little intelligence, in my opinion! -> Because hemp is SO MUCH MORE...

But that's just my personal opinion - I also respect the ignorance and the "stupidity" (please forgive me for the blame) of politicians.

Movassat is a lawyer and constitutional lawyer, so he knows his stuff – why is he always rambling on – and then I often get the impression that the so-called pro-legalization advocates are kicking themselves in the butt, because they even speak after the mouth of the prohibitionists. You want to "belong". Being rejected hurts. 😀

I've been hearing this "bla bla blub" like this or something similar since I've been interested in politics - it has brought - right - NOTHING!

[…] Prohibition does more harm than cannabis use itself [kick yourself?]
Press release by Niema Movassat, April 19, 2021

“Canada, Uruguay and many US states have already legalized cannabis. As a result, almost 170 million people worldwide now have legal access to cannabis for recreational use. In Germany, the prohibition is adhered to, although the cannabis ban causes far more damage than the consumption of cannabis itself. Recently, alarming reports about the health risks caused by admixtures have been piling up again. Due to illegal production, it often goes unnoticed that cannabis is spiced up with synthetic cannabinoids, for example. Synthetic substances are added to the non-lethal cannabis product, killing several people every year. This problem cannot be countered by bans, but only by state-controlled cultivation, distribution and sale,” explains Niema Movassat, drug policy spokesman for DIE LINKE, with a view to World Cannabis Day on April 20th. Movassat further:

"The federal government is acting completely negligently by sticking to the ban policy - because it has been clear for a long time that the ban will not stop people from consuming. Three to four million people use cannabis occasionally or regularly, so the ban isn't really a deterrent. In addition to the health risks caused by illegal production, another serious consequence is the criminalization of people who do no harm but only consume cannabis. Annually, over 180,000 people are prosecuted for possession of a small amount of cannabis. These procedures are often discontinued under Section 31a of the BtMG – so they do not remain without consequences. The revocation of the driver's license, the loss of a job or financial burdens can be triggered by this criminal prosecution. … […] “”

The title is again a disguised “kick in the ass” in itself. If he works as a lawyer just like he does as a "legalizer" then please don't go to court!!! That's not how you win, is it? 😀

I would like to have smart smokers as allies. (I think there are some - who also write here) 🙂 I see so much ignorance, half-knowledge and even stupidity (forgive my openness) 😀 when it comes to the "Hemp UNIVERSE". Please make @EUCH smart and go to court. Push @YOUR MEPs to do the same, or don't vote for them anymore - AND TELL THEM THIS.

Only when the pressure increases will there be results. @WE will not get anything for free. Not the "black under the fingernail".

How about alcohol, on the other hand? -> Keyword fetal alcohol syndrome - hello law professional Movassat - say something about it! -> "" DIE LINKE has had our housework for years and - exactly - makes NOTHING of it. The knowledge is there. So do they play "stupid" or do they want to be?

Across the US, children and their parents routinely face separation and other forms of punishment due to legal and medical policies around prenatal cannabis exposure, and the notion that cannabis use during pregnancy may harm children’s development.

But according to a review of research to date, there’s no evidence to support this belief about cannabis, nor the inarguably harmful policies which rely on it. After nearly six years of comparing study results, researchers at Columbia University, the New York State Psychiatric Institute, and Swinburne University have found that prenatal cannabis exposure does not lead to cognitive impairment in children, based on data from decades’ worth of studies on this issue.

Published this month in the journal Frontiers in Psychology, the systematic review revealed that a vast majority of studies on this topic found no significant statistical differences between kids who were reportedly exposed to cannabis during pregnancy, and those who were not. Less than 5% of comparable studies in this area showed any statistical difference between children’s scores on cognitive tests; importantly, these included both slight dips and improvements in scores, and all but 0.3% of study results still fell in the normal range.

While research reviews previously established that prenatal cannabis exposure doesn’t seem to adversely affect children’s physical development, the question of whether or not it could affect their cognitive development has remained somewhat unanswered on this larger scale — in short, leaving medical and legal authorities to base their policies on individual studies that don’t show the whole statistical picture, let alone the clinical implications for kids in real life.

To examine the statistical implications of all extant data on prenatal cannabis exposure so far, researchers Dr. Ciara A Torres, Dr. Carl L. Hart, Christopher Medina-Kirchner, and Kate Y. O'Malley reviewed hundreds of studies pertaining to cannabis use and children, eventually focusing in on several dozen that addressed prenatal cannabis exposure and child cognition specifically. ...
