L-Tyrosine is an amino acid that acts as a precursor to stimulate neurotransmitters such as dopamine and norepinephrine. It is often used for recovery from drugs such as cocaine and amphetamines.

Take one capsule per day on an empty stomach with fruit juice (sugar helps transport it through the blood-brain barrier). To recover from cocaine or amphetamines, take one capsule before bed and another upon waking. For recovery from MDMA, first take L-Tryptophan before bed and a combination of L-Tryptophan and L-Tyrosine the next morning.
