Dream catcher set in black and white by Green Tree

 This is a beautiful set of two small handmade dream catchers: black and white, with beautiful beads, feathers and fur.

Dream catchers are a spiritual attribute of the native people of North America, the natives: Ojibwe. They believe that every layer of the sky is steeped in good and bad dreams. At night the bad dream is caught in the dream catcher's net; in the morning they slide off and burn in the morning light of the rising sun. With these amazing dream catchers, wandering nightmares are no chance for new victims.
Sweet dreams do not get caught up in the web of dreams: they enter the dreamer's life directly through the web and slide over the feathers on the dreamer's head - as the story tells.
The original dream catchers were made up of branches bent into a circle related to the cycle of life. These were tightened with thread, owl feathers and stone beads made by women and given as a birth gift for a baby to sleep peacefully.
