Approximate recommendation:

Dogs up to 8kg: 1 CanaBones twice a day
Dogs from 9-16kg: 2 CanaBones twice a day
Dogs from 17-24kg: 3 CanaBones twice a day
Dogs over 25kg: 4 CanaBones twice a day
